How will my order be delivered?

How long will my delivery take?

Anywhere between 2 to 4 days, depending on various factors, these factors can give an indication and estimate of when your order will arrive. These factors include:

• Time: Is your order placed after our office hours?
• Weekdays: Is your order placed on a Thursday or Friday? This can significantly increase your waiting period. 
• Weekend: You are more than welcome to place your order over the weekend but just bear in mind that we are closed on weekends and will send your order on the Monday.
• Public holidays: We and our courier services are closed on Public Holidays and will only send your order out on the day we return. Long weekends can also affect delivery time.

How do I track my parcel?

We will send you an email with a waybill number that you can use to log onto the corresponding couriers website to track your parcel.

I can't find my tracking number?

If you can't find your tracking number send an email to orders@nutrisnacks.co.za.

What are the delivery charges?

Western Cape - All orders are charged a fee of R97.

Gauteng - All orders are charged a fee of  R120.

North West - All orders are charged a fee of R200.

KZN - All orders are charged a fee of R270.

Rest of ZA - All orders are charged a fee of R300.

Can I place a COD order?

Unfortunately, you can't place a Cash On Delivery order. As we do not deliver with our own drivers and use Couriers. In the event that you place a COD order by mistake, we will contact you to change your payment method.
