How will my order be delivered?

How long will my delivery take?

Anywhere between 2 to 4 days, depending on various factors, these factors can give an indication and estimate of when your order will arrive. These factors include:

• Time: Is your order placed after our office hours?
• Weekdays: Is your order placed on a Thursday or Friday? This can significantly increase your waiting period. 
• Weekend: You are more than welcome to place your order over the weekend but just bear in mind that we are closed on weekends and will send your order on the Monday.
• Public holidays: We and our courier services are closed on Public Holidays and will only send your order out on the day we return. Long weekends can also affect delivery time.

How do I track my parcel?

We'll send you automated emails on the status of your parcel when it has been sent with The Courier Guy.

I can't find my tracking number?

If you can't find your tracking number send an email to orders@nutrisnacks.co.za.

My label does not have any scans?

When The Courier Guy tracking website says that your parcel does not have any scans it means that we have your order ready but The Courier Guy has not collected it yet or they have not scanned the parcel yet. Check again after a few hours. If the problem persists send an email to orders@nutrisnacks.co.za

Can I give a certain time for the courier to deliver?

We always give an indication on our parcels what time the courier should deliver your order. However, what happens at the couriers depot we can't control.

What are the delivery charges?

 All orders above R1500 are FREE of delivery charges.

Can I place a COD order?

Unfortunately, you can't place a Cash On Delivery order. As we do not deliver with our own drivers and use Couriers. In the event that you place a COD order by mistake, we will contact you to change your payment method.
