We deliver Shirwood orders nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
How will my order be delivered?
All online orders are delivered by courier to the address provided at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier volumes and when your order is placed.
Orders placed after business hours, over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking or waybill number and the relevant courier details.
You can use this information to track your parcel directly with the courier.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free Nationwide Delivery
Spend R1,000 or more and receive FREE delivery on qualifying orders anywhere within our supported South African delivery areas.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available during checkout before they can be dispatched.
