Tasting Notes:

A fusion of the Coratina (Italian Cultivar), Leccino, Frantoio, and Mission olive
variants. Intense fresh and rounded green fruit aromas on the nose with hints
of rocket and green tomato. The pallet shows beautiful rocket, artichoke and
green olive flavours with walnut on the finish. The rich, cream mouth feel is a
balanced by dominant fruit, tingling pepper tones and a pleasant bitterness.
USE: Oven baked game and other meat dishes and full
flavour sauces
(Coratina is like Malbec and Petti for wine blends, it provides complexity and depth)

STORAGE
Olive oil should be stored in a cool dark place, away from sunlight but not in the fridge. If the oil is
stored in the fridge it will become cloudy.
